Who is eligible:  

The referral program is eligible to both internal employees/contractors, as well as external individuals...so basically this means "everyone is eligible!"

Requirements: 

An email with the subject titled:  "Referral:________" (adding the name of the candidate being referred).  

The email should include an attached resume listing contact information (phone and email address) of the person being referred.

The email must be received by HR prior to the Recruiter making any contact with the referral.

​

Bonus:

If the person referred becomes hired, after 90 days a bonus amount of $500.00 will be awarded as a "thank you" for referring the candidate.
